Prior to becoming CEO, she served as a Fractional Chief Revenue Officer, helping private equity backed companies to optimize their valuation with scalable and efficient growth strategies and operations.Kristin obtained her MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and advanced through business development, sales and marketing leadership roles at Fortune 500 Company, Caesars Entertainment, for the next decade. She then went on to achieve 2X growth at an established B2B hospitality and travel company, leading a sales and marketing team of 20, to expand globally and into new business verticals. Next, she joined a younger B2C luxury hospitality company, where she achieved 4X growth, with a new Go-To-Market strategy and playbook, and an entirely new sales team that she hired and trained.Kristin is a change agent, who thrives when solving complex problems and capitalizing on market opportunities.
